Honey AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you and Honey AI ("we", "us", "the Service"). By using honeys-ai.com you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.

01The Service

Honey AI provides an online entertainment experience: text conversations with virtual companion characters. The characters are fictional. Nothing they say is advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement.

03Fictional characters

All girls on Honey AI are virtual characters, not real people. Any resemblance to actual persons is coincidental. Messages are generated as entertainment and companionship, not as statements from a human being.

04Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@honeys-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

05Accurate information

You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your account information current. Accounts with false information may be suspended.

06Free and paid access

Parts of the Service are free; premium features require a paid subscription. We may change what's included in each tier with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

07Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes where stated.

08Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then. No partial-period refunds except where required by law.

09Refunds

If the Service is materially faulty, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right, including by refund where appropriate. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this clause.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful or exploitative. You may not attempt to extract, copy or resell the Service, its characters or its content.

11Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to generate, request or share content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or any illegal material. We actively moderate against this and report illegal conduct to authorities where required.

12No commercial use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape conversations, build competing products from our content, or use the Service on behalf of a business without written permission.

13Your content

You retain ownership of the messages you write. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service (including memory features), as described in our Privacy Policy.

14Our content

The site design, character names, personalities, backstories, images and text are owned by or licensed to Honey AI. You get a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use them within the Service — nothing more.

15Emotional wellbeing

The Service offers companionship, not therapy. If you're struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local support line. The girls will always encourage you to do the same.

16Availability

We aim for 24/7 uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary outages.

17Changes to characters

We may update, add or retire characters, personalities and features over time. We'll try to keep your favorites around, but the Service evolves and we can't promise permanence.

18Third-party services

Payments and certain infrastructure are provided by third parties under their own terms. We aren't responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

19Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

20Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honey AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

21Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Honey AI against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

22Termination by you

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. These Terms then end, except clauses that by nature survive (liability, intellectual property, disputes).

23Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable. Serious violations (illegal content, abuse of the platform) may result in immediate termination without refund.

24Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its date. For material changes we'll notify active members by email in advance; continued use after the change means acceptance.

25Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Honey AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We'll try to resolve any dispute informally first — email legal@honeys-ai.com before filing anything.

26Miscellaneous

If any clause of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Honey AI.
